About Me

I’m Priscila Santos, a qualified integrative counsellor in London and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

My clinical experience includes working with adults within NHS Talking Therapies, alongside counselling and therapeutic work in voluntary and community settings. I also have experience in group facilitation, which has strengthened my interest in relational processes and in how our relationships can shape the way we understand ourselves.

Before qualifying as a counsellor, my professional development included training in systemic work and experiential approaches informed by Jungian perspectives. This wider background continues to influence my interest in meaning, personal development and experiences that can feel complex or difficult to make sense of.

My Approach

My counselling approach is integrative and relational. As an integrative counsellor in London, I work from a person-centred foundation, informed by psychodynamic and existential perspectives.

I value warmth, curiosity and collaboration, and aim to offer a therapeutic relationship where there is room to explore what feels important to you.

What We Explore

Exploring relationships, patterns and life experiences

I am interested in both present experience and the wider context in which it exists. This may include relationships, significant life experiences, recurring patterns, ways of coping and the meanings we give to what happens to us.

Sometimes, bringing different parts of an experience together can help something that has felt confusing or difficult begin to make more sense.

How I Work

Where it feels helpful, I may incorporate creative, experiential and reflective resources into the therapeutic process.

These can include sand tray, symbolic objects, systemic and relational resources, visual exercises and other structured ways of exploring an experience.

These resources are always optional and introduced collaboratively.
